- Standard or basic AI glasses configurations (e.g., AI voice assistant + standard camera module + prescription/non-prescription smart lenses).
- Customers seeking cost-effective delivery for their intelligent wearable devices, with no urgent timelines.
Key features:
- No shipping fees (included in the smart AI glasses customization price for eligible orders).
- Specialized protective packaging for delicate AI electronic components (shockproof, moisture-resistant, anti-static) to safeguard internal sensors, chips, and camera modules.
- Streamlined processing for standard AI functions and configuration combinations.
Express Shipping
Exclusively powered by premium logistics providers (DHL/FedEx/EMS/TNT/UPS), this service prioritizes speed for time-sensitive orders of smart AI glasses. It is recommended for:
- Advanced/customized AI glasses (e.g., high-precision thermal imaging camera modules, AI real-time translation, AR-enhanced smart lenses, or specialized industry-specific AI functions).
- Customers requiring fast delivery for urgent use (e.g., business trips, professional applications) or international priority shipping.

Processing Time
SpeCiC’s handling time for all smart AI glasses orders is determined by whether the product requires processing, and is independent of the selected shipping method (Free Shipping or Express Shipping). This aligns with the production, testing and processing requirements of AI smart devices:
Glasses with No Processing Required
For ready-made smart AI glasses configurations that do not need additional processing (e.g., standard AI frame + core AI module + pre-installed standard smart lenses, no prescription grinding or personalized modification), the handling time is 2 business day. This includes necessary AI function pre-calibration, performance testing and quality inspection to ensure the device works properly.
Glasses Requiring Processing
For smart AI glasses that need customization or processing (e.g., prescription lens grinding, specialized AI module debugging, personalized frame shaping, industry-specific function programming, or component compatibility processing), the handling time is 5 business days. This extra time is used to complete professional processing, component adaptation, multi-round function verification and strict quality control, ensuring the customized device meets your requirements and safety standards.
Import Tariffs & VAT
Import tariffs and VAT are not included in either shipping method, as they are determined by your destination country’s customs regulations for intelligent electronic devices.
- If advance payment is required by customs, SpeCiC will provide a separate invoice for tariffs/VAT before shipment, along with detailed product documentation (e.g., AI glasses technical specifications, customization details, and electronic component declarations) to facilitate smooth clearance.
- If not prepaid, you may settle these fees directly with the destination customs upon package arrival.

Processing Stage

Shipped Stage
- Free Shipping: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and logistics provider link within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Instant tracking details are sent via email/SMS upon shipment, with premium logistics support for urgent updates on your AI device delivery.
- All tracking information is also accessible in your “Order Details” page.
How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
Contact us immediately if you need to modify your delivery address—no changes are possible after shipment. Smart AI glasses require address-specific customs documentation (for electronic devices) and specialized shipping arrangements, so delays or clearance issues may occur if details are incorrect.

- You may:

- Switch to Free Shipping (we will refund the Express Shipping difference).
Is Shipping Included in the Prices?
- Products marked “Free Shipping Eligible” include global delivery of your smart AI glasses at no extra cost.
- For non-eligible AI glasses configurations or Express Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on your AI function customization, destination, and package weight (including protective packaging).

How Do I Cancel An Order?
Contact us immediately to cancel your smart AI glasses order—cancellations are not possible after shipment. Reach out to our Customer Service team or email support@specic.com with your order number.
Cancellation fees (if applicable):
- Orders with AI customization in progress (e.g., AI module production, function programming, camera calibration): A 5% configuration fee (waived if cancellation is requested before AI component manufacturing begins).
- Express Shipping orders with priority AI processing initiated: A 10% expedited handling fee (to cover logistics scheduling, AI module reservation, and specialized production coordination costs).
