Express Shipping

For ready-made smart AI glasses configurations that do not need additional processing (e.g., standard AI frame + core AI module + pre-installed standard smart lenses, no prescription grinding or personalized modification), the handling time is 2 business day. This includes necessary AI function pre-calibration, performance testing and quality inspection to ensure the device works properly.
Glasses Requiring Processing
For smart AI glasses that need customization or processing (e.g., prescription lens grinding, specialized AI module debugging, personalized frame shaping, industry-specific function programming, or component compatibility processing), the handling time is 5 business days. This extra time is used to complete professional processing, component adaptation, multi-round function verification and strict quality control, ensuring the customized device meets your requirements and safety standards.
Import Tariffs & VAT
Import tariffs and VAT are not included in either shipping method, as they are determined by your destination country’s customs regulations for intelligent electronic devices.
- If advance payment is required by customs, SpeCiC will provide a separate invoice for tariffs/VAT before shipment, along with detailed product documentation (e.g., AI glasses technical specifications, customization details, and electronic component declarations) to facilitate smooth clearance.
- If not prepaid, you may settle these fees directly with the destination customs upon package arrival.
