Payment Terms & Important Notes
Order Confirmation & Processing
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment is successfully received and verified. PayPal, Debit & Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments provide instant confirmation.
- All orders are priced and processed in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are charged by your card issuer or bank, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and included in your total order amount, unless otherwise stated.
Unpaid Orders
Unpaid orders will be held in our system for 7 calendar days from the date of order creation. If payment is not received and confirmed within this period, the order will be automatically canceled, and reserved inventory will be released.
Refunds
All refund requests are processed in accordance with our Official Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. PayPal, Debit & Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.

When will my card be charged for my order?
For PayPal, Debit & Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments, your card will be charged immediately upon successful completion of the checkout process. You will receive an instant payment confirmation email once the transaction is approved.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
You can change your payment method only if your order has not yet been paid for and confirmed. If your order is already paid, we cannot change the payment method. For unpaid orders, you can cancel the existing order and place a new one with your preferred payment method, or contact our support team for assistance.
