SpeCiC AI Smart Glasses
Accessible User Manual for Visually Impaired
Introduction
Hello and welcome to your SpeCiC AI Smart Glasses. This is the official accessible user manual designed exclusively for visually impaired users, based directly on the original English instruction manual. I will guide you step-by-step through finding all buttons by touch and mastering every function of your glasses.
Please hold the glasses in your hands now, with the temple arms facing you and the frame pointing forward. Follow my instructions slowly and carefully.
Precise Button and Component Locations
This is the most important section. Please take 1-2 minutes to feel and confirm each location with your fingers.
Right Temple Arm (Above Your Right Ear)
This is the only side with physical buttons and where all core operations are performed. Run your right index finger along the outside of the right temple arm from front to back:
- Button A1: Located at the very front of the right temple arm, right where the frame connects to the arm. This is a slightly larger circular raised button, approximately 8mm in diameter, with a very distinct feel. This is your most frequently used button.
- Button A2: Located approximately 1.5 centimeters directly behind Button A1. This is a slightly smaller circular raised button, approximately 6mm in diameter, and sits a bit lower than Button A1.
Important: Please feel A1 and A2 repeatedly now. Remember: the larger one in front is A1, the smaller one behind is A2. The larger one in front is A1, the smaller one behind is A2.
Left Temple Arm (Above Your Left Ear)
This side has no physical buttons. The entire outer surface is a smooth touchpad. Run your left index finger along the outside of the left temple arm from front to back:
- Area B: Corresponds to the position of A1 on the right side, this is the front part of the touchpad
- Area D: Corresponds to the position of A2 on the right side, this is the back part of the touchpad
- The entire area from B to D is touch-sensitive, approximately 5 centimeters long
Under the Frame (On Both Sides of Your Nose Bridge)
Run your fingers along the bottom of the frame from underneath:
- Position E: Located at the bottom of the right frame, closest to your nose bridge. This is the camera location, which feels like a small circular indentation
- Indicator Light F: Located approximately 5 millimeters to the right of Camera E. This is a very small indicator light that will illuminate during operations. You will not see it, but you will hear corresponding audio prompts.
